I had THE BEST experience from start to finish. Mark was incredible. I came in and shared what I would have liked done, he sat me down and went through design options with me until we decided on a font for my fine line tattoo. Couldn’t be more pleased, a really relaxing experience. The shop had other customers who seemed really relaxed. Very trustworthy space and very very clean! I’d choose this studio for sure! me and my best friend came as walk-ins this afternoon to get our belly button pierced both as first timers. originally we were going to another tattoo shop but they were not answering the phone or opened when it was supposed to and we had a time crunch to get my friend back to work so we found true damage tattoo online as one of the nearby locations and we called. the guy who answered the phone was extremely friendly and told us we could just walk in which was perfect for our situation! he was careful in using all the tools needed and made sure it was a new needle for the each of us (i know some places reuse the same needles and just sterilize them) the process was quick and easy it was over before it could even hurt. i will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family for piercings and i myself will be coming back for my first tattoo as well!
